Hey quick question do watch commanders also come from other chapters or are they force to not reveal their origins by the time they reach that rank? Because Vrakos has yet to decide which chapter he is from.
Someone correct me If I'm wrong in this, but they come from other chapter as well. However if you were a captain in,lets say, Imperial Fists, it doesn't mean you'll be captain in Deathwatch right from the start, you'll just have to earn it through the years of service. EDIT: just saw you asked about watch commanders. 1 GJ for me... Well I believe its the same thing I wrote concerning captains, you earn that position after centuries of battle etc...

Watch Commanders are regular Deathwatch members which served already for decades, sometimes even centuries in the name of the deathwatch and are aware to not return any longer to their chapter. *FYI*

Inquisitor: Well if we can't agree on a plausible solution to this Horrid situation then i suggest we should leave the decision up to my kill team, they've seen situations like this before and i'm certain the watch captain can prove himself worthy of leading them onto this forsaken planet. Servo Skull: Affirmative *zooms in on a Largely Intact ship with little to no damaged done to it* Captain: This is the Fleet's Flagship, It's a Retaliator Grand Cruiser, now for some reason the ship itself has Experience no External damaged, but closer Examination shows some Internal damaged to the Hangar bay and command deck, not to mention the ship hasn't moved so it's warp drive must be busted. My best bet is that the crew towards mutiny or someone or.....or something got in. which of course is why you are going to Investigate. I want you too get in, find what survivors you can and get out as quick as you can. Understood? Kill-team: Yes sir!
