For once searus usually cheerful or indifferent face had a trace of anger on it. Unable to move her mechatendrils at will she stopped their operation and used her axe instead shooting back at the enemy psyers and should any get close she would cut them to ribbons her anger and contempt for those that dared to disable a piece of the omnisheias great technology with warp energies fueling her strength and precision.
< @Uriel1339 @Wincent @bossaroo @High_Adept_Zeth @Casavay > The leading guardsman who held a lasrifle looked between Kairiel, Shriek, and the ork who was holding a sack, before sighing and reaching out to put his weapon in Bluetoof's loot sack. He looked around and the others would do similar, hesitant to disarm themselves but knowing that was necessary. And at the same time, the various soldiers - honoring Aeris' and Kairiel's words - lowered their weapons to help the newcomers feel at ease. "We aren't all that have survived.. there's a few more at our.. camp." he said softly to begin with, though it was less of a camp and more a place in the inner workings where they had been able to set up a small, basic camp away from everyone else. And if they looked, the crew would see that the survivors all seemed rather gaunt and unwell. They had a rather tough life between then and now. "In any case.. my name is Larken. I was.. am, the leader of our group. We all have various skillsets but.. nothing very much of use in combat. The only reason we were able to have those weapons is some 'raids' on the kitchen and other places." he smiled a little. "Though.. I guess that means we're all pretty good at being sneaky, if you ever need a small group to infiltrate somewhere..." < @Jorimel @Wata @Tamu @Maleth > Neither Saven's nor Searus' round would do much, if anything, against the last psyker, but what was obvious was that he wasn't expecting Goramor to fight back so strongly. His first cut with his sword would cut against his chest, causing blood to fly out, and then his axe would cut half-way through his waist. A headbutt would stagger the psyker, whose concentration and most of his power was gone, and then the enraged Sslyth would impale the human right on his sword, raising up his two splinter pistols and firing a barrage into his head, tearing it up and undoubtedly killing the enemy. As soon as the body hit the floor and the final stasis pod exploded, the elevator once more hit on the ground, opening up to reveal Aeris and her companions. She looked around and rose an eyebrow at all the carnage, before spying Saven (who would no longer be attacked by the pain spell) "So... mind telling me what happened?" she asked gently, waiting for a response from anyone. < @TuskatheDaemonKilla @Vulpas > Malrak's spell washed through the already dominated mind of the Rak'Gol and wiped away the orders from the other psykers, thus leaving it clean and open for more instructions from his new psychic master. In any case, though, it would slowly stir and stand up, holding no weapons and looking blankly at Malrak. It seemed to be waiting for some kind of order or instruction.
@Wata @Jorimel @Maleth After the last enemy went down searus began her internal process to get her mecha tendril working once more. Before she could take any other action the elevator finally came down along with apparent reinforcement. Turning to aris with a grim smile and a flourish of her arms as if to go look here at this performance for the night searus told her. "A lot of phsykers, now dead. We came here to find machine spirits and the vehicles that house them only to discover an apparent physicly link human power source experimental power supply. Approximately 10 minutes and .00345 mil seconds after wards a let's say an accident happened and soon enemy phsyers came. We fought, the humans within the capsules were used up by the physekrs and here we are now. Oh on a side note I gathered a lot of important and various other data from this stations data vaults both locked, scattered, hidden and open sourced. Alas I could not digest them much before combat began"
Malrak looked at the Rak'gol and figured he should give it an order. "Follow me." He said to the creature before he turned to Felana. "You wouldn't happen to know where the Motor-pool is would you Felana?" He asked as he also noticed those signatures in the warp are now gone. He was a little disappointed in that he would not be able to study them as something like this could only mean that they had died. But then again this could also be a blessing in that he didn't need to fight another psyker. Either way he hoped now that presumably the violence had subsided he would be able to study whatever curiosities the psykers who lived here may have. Then again he wasn't going anywhere if Felana didn't know where the motor pool was, he certainty didn't know where it was. @Vulpas
"Yeah If I rembere right at the briefing they said it was on the lower east side of the station, if we can make it to the to the main elevator of a station, and head to the lower levels we should be able to get there through a coridor they use to bring damaged vehicles in to the repair bay then back to the motor pool." Felana said. "want me to take the lead or think our new friend should take point?" Felana asked Malrak as she began getting ready to move once more through the station. @TuskatheDaemonKilla
< @BadDo9 @Wincent @bossaroo @High_Adept_Zeth @Casavay > "Our very own Ghost Battle Team!" Kairiel clasped his hands and smiled brightly. "Very well. I'm not sure how much time we have, but I'm sure we can save your compatriots." The Tau turned to those assembled around him. "Would you four and Marcus be ready to go with them and get the rest of their people to join us? It seems they are in a predicament and if we can save them from that, they surely will join us with little to no protest." His inquiry of course was directed at Lach, Shriek, Bluetoof and Vex - as well as Marcus who was a very talented fighter as the Tau experienced first hand.
"I feel you should lead, I doubt this creature even knows where it is at the moment." Malrak said referring to the Rak'gol that was staring blankly after he had given it a command. "I also doubt there is much danger within this station anymore. I don't feel the presence of any psykers besides myself and those that came with us so I believe we have won the day. And by Tzeentch I know I'm going to be sore in the future after all of that, tell me why must the first option always be violence Felana?" Malrak asked with slumped shoulders as they walked.
"What the Tech-Priestess said, basically royally screwed by Psykers." That was all Saven had to say to her Captain as she slumped down onto the floor with the rush of battle fading away. The somewhat dull pain of her wounds and exerted muscles were a unpleasant reminder of her human nature, despite the Hunting Rig doing it's best to give her a fighting chance in combat.
< @Uriel1339 > Bluetoof smiled his dark navy grin his tusk filled jaw stained blue. He hefted his hefty spanna wrech/clubba "if deres a foight or sum loot ya's got me on yer team umies. or if da captain sayz so" the last part of the sentence tacked on off-handedly "wot ya need ?"
Goramor grabbed the ruined psyker he had killed and tossed it aside. "Fool, for all your power and schemes simple violence got the better of you..." Sslyth muttered and hissed as the anger began to fade. The other two of his group filled the captain in on what had happened, so he just took the moment to compose himself. "I hope you found some booty, captain. There is none here." Goramor licked a wound on his and hissed at the taste of his own blood.
