i've already watched. i'm not a native english speaker, there is something i don't undestand when miguel talk about the server and the console: This time he said that the "only one server for all the platform" is NOT a deal breaker?
The facts I could extract from this include: EC is already licensed for all platforms, including mobile. Cash store is called rogue trader store. (It's been mentioned before already, but still worth highlighting). "Arkhona is not what it appears to be" There will be "barrack boxes" filled with random item packs. These will probably serve as loot or might even be purchasable. Assault Marines will be transportable in Rhinos (!). Flying vehicles may be implemented for post launch. Dark Souls is one of the sources of inspiration for the game, likely the melee mechanics. "Instant Grouping Mechanic" (possibly cross-faction) (!). The smallest Manufactorum is 64 square kms. 40 minutes running 50 minutes in rhino to cross. With a little math; Marines run at 12 km/h and Rhinos drive at 9,6 km/h. Yep, Marines can run faster than a Rhino (If I heard correctly). Inspiration in "The Art of War". Friendly Fire enabled. (Again, it's been mentioned before already, but still worth highlighting). There will be snow, no surprise considering the environmental concept art we've seen. 3 suns change positions in the sky. Eldar commander can open webway portals and call in vehicles. No color customization, at least nothing that wouldn't match the sub-faction color scheme. Possibly sneaking and cloaking mechanics, these were mentioned a lot throughout the video as examples, but it is suggestive.
Well, that interview was heavy, it's truly saddening to find out what really happened to Shredder (especially after some Users criticised him for being inactive or not caring) but the fourteen year oldboy was what really hit my heart... Heavy.
I heard 15 minutes, not 50...and it's the smallest 'continent' (called silvan or silban?), not manufactorum (afaict from the video at ~55:50)
