Discussion in 'General Discussion' started by DreadForce83, Nov 25, 2013.

?

Would you like to meet a Primarch ingame Loyalist/Chaos and receive quests from them?

  1. Yes, I would like meet any of the legendary Primarchs in game as well as get quests from them.

  2. No, it wouldn't fit with the game scenario, we gotta wait for the "End Times" to be published first.

the only primarchs that could "show" themselves and still be keeping to the true lore of 40k would be the ones that became demon princes's. and even then i couldnt see them inter-acting with players on the battlefield. out of the ones who are "MIA" dont think EC is the place or time to bring them back. even thou fighting w/ a primarch would be cool. maybe a "great crusade" game!!! lol jp
  2. Primarchs coming back? The Grim Darkness is suddenly a little less grim dark? Can have none of that! In the Grim Darkness of the 41st Millennium there is only War, there is no hope, get used to it, we are all doomed and likely to be eaten by Tyranids. Enjoy!

Also the traitor Primarchs are lazy bums too caught up in their own pleasures to care about Abaddon and his legions of butthurt trying to take revenge on the Imperium, having long since stopped caring about the Imperium. As for the other forces of chaos traitors, they all have their own motives and objectives, usually revolving around attaining immortality or deamonhood etc, the Imperium simply gets in their way so naturally if someone got in my way I'd fight them too if I was crazy.

  3. Nope. They are all dead or MIA plus they will be strongly OP and nearly invincible. Definetly it's not a smart idea to have any of them or any of the Daemon Princes in the game, it simply don't fit the lore and this game at all.

All Primarchs are either dead, lost, turned into Daemon Princes or got stolen by Trollzyn. As such, having them of the field would not make sense, not to speak of the fact that they are OP as hell.

That being said, everyone in the Alpha Legion is Alpharius, so there you have your primarch, silly.

  5. Glad you enjoyed it.
  6. Quest from Russ: "Collect Mjob to sate 13th company's thirst" ????

Russ: You there, Wolf Priest! Collect 30 Gene-seed! I'll give you monies!

    Emperor save us.

angron breaching through defense lines, artillery and walls would be a great way to introduce a new campaign involving the world eaters

but no, we shouldn't put too much 40k on a single world, it'd react and implode into a **ithole of speshul snowflakes

and that usually doesn't end well

If you think about it, the appearance of a Daemon Primarch isn't too far fetched. I certainly think this could be some great PvE content for post launch. Granted it should be instanced. Ideally a Daemon Primarch that is an antagonist to most others (*cough Tzeentch*)

The only one that could come back would be Guilliman..... He is not dead, just poisoned who nobody has some treatment for ^^

But to be honest: leave em out!!!!

It's like putting Khaine himself (not just his avatar) on the battlegrounds..... And for what Primarchs if you can have CALGAR?!

No but seriously.... no.... keep the Primarchs away.... It would be too much and too overpowered crap (no matter if loyal or heretical Primarch)
