    Hey,

Have you Devs tought about adding Wildlife to planets? Warhammer 40k isn't very notorious of having many different kinds of wildlife species. The three things that pop to my head are those giant boars Snakebites tame, wolves of Fenris and those giant Walrus things that live on Fenris too.. :)

Furthermore, the planets that we fight on are infested by tyranids to some degree ( I think), so is it possible to see some totally new kind of wildlife being created because of this/are you intending to create new kind of wildlife that we haven't seen before in any games/books/offical lore?

Plus, it would be cool if we could actually tame them. I'd really enjoy riding a mechanic warboar as an ork

  2. Tyranids would probably just massacre all the wildlife as would the orks probably chaos too just for fun.

I like the wildlife idea but nids are wildlife enough for me. I'm just going to shoot anything that isn't green anyway.

Personally I wouldn't mind seeing some wildlife on the first couple of planets we battle on in Eternal crusade, just to help get a better feel of the scenery. Though maybe we could also use them as part of a secondary Objective and help herd some of them to a Human population center for the SM to help keep the morale of the PDF up, feed them to some Hungey Squigs or grots to help Motivate them into helping the orkish Horde, use them to feed some warp beasts or use them as part of a ritual to summon lesser daemons to the Materium for chaos, and have the Eldar use them as bait to lure the other factions to an ambush or possibly lure some more Tyranids to an enemy outpost by adding warp sensitive devices on the the local wildlife and allow them to be captured by the enemy to allow the perfect distraction for the eldar to attack while the enemy is confused by a more heavily pressed Tyranid assault. what do you guys think? Would this be acceptable for Warhammer 40k?

There should be some type of wildlife for two reasons,

one - because it would add to the reality of this, (gameplay wise) seeing an animal runn by while ur shooting an enemy is diff than other games

two- to add reality of the storyline to the game, this is about a war for life, seeing an innocent animal as u attack someone for land could add to the realism of the game
