By the way, as far as the French subforum is concerned, it's the opinion of the Mod leadership that a good portion of them can Speak English fairly well, possibly better than some Americans on this forum Police themselves fairly well. I honestly can't remember ever seeing a report in French. Also, no one has volunteered to Mod for the French community. Savij volunteered more-or-less because he knows how to shout angrily speak German. Also, yes, SHREDDER is no longer a Russian mod. And we do need one of those. Very desperately, actually. The forum was existence around the time the game was announced. In its most primitive incarnation, it was just being scoped out by bE as a place to set up shop. Then all the stuff had to be put in for member walls, avatars, likes, etc.
