Mine is Roboute Guilliman, no contest. To me he seems like the only really tactical one of the primarchs, and had a great strategy when it came to taking over planets. You see the other primarchs who's strategy was mainly just to steamroll infrastructure then blast down some guys to run the place, but then you've got Guilliman, who actually took his time to set up integration and make it a productive member of the Imperium.
The other primarchs all had feuds and rivalries. Sanguinius was universally respected. It bears mentioning also that he was a great warrior, tactician, -and- psyker. The total package. And he was inarguably the most affable of the primarchs. I'm not even a fan of the Blood Angels, but their primarch was frickin' awesome.
Actually he was. Quite a few books in the HH series make a point of how weak Lorgars own powers are, until he converts fully to chaos and gets buffed by the gods. I think if anything Sanguinius was supposed to be the most like the emperor, due to the fact that they were said to be very aloof personality wise, quite ethereal even. I think that implies quite a lot of pyschic talent on the part of Sanguinius.
Sanguinius was psychic in the traditional sense (clairvoyance and foresight), and one of his famous weapons was a force sword. He was an active psyker like Magnus, not a latent or infrequent one like Russ or Corax. He helped create the rules for the inclusion of librarians in the legions.
Lorgar was ashamed of his abilities that is why he didnt use them until corax tried to chop him....can you give me an example of sanguinius using his psycic might (foresight doesnt count...even curze could do that)?!
