Since my last thread was deleted because of other members behavior I'll reiterate and make this thread more focused in intent.

My questions to the devs is. What are the exact hardest aspects of the Black Templars to implement?

    The Crusader Squads most likely.

How about you give them some time and maybe they'll answer you. They don't have to and they also have jobs to do. Just leave it for a while.

Another thread for this, seriously? >.>
It's the same as with those Imperial Guard-Guys: I understand you, but.. you should know when to stop. Oo You argue, and argue, and argue even though the devs gave you a 'NO'.

Since scouts/neophytes aren't in the game, a squad of ten initiates wouldn't be that different from a Tac squad or a squad of ten blood claws.

I'll wait all day for a single post from the devs. Its ok they post here quite often and I can wait.

    Yeah. Because of others behavior.

Maybe they just hate Black Templars. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
Haha, kidding. I wouldn't imagine it'd be too difficult after they have finished the other chapters and used that formula for the Black Templars. Problem is would that fit into their lore?

Yep others or that's what the mod said to me. If there was any other reason a mod would lock my thread then I would very much like to know why and would ask why he wouldn't just tell me the truth the first time.

Of course I except nothing else.
