Kinda strange that Evil Sunz are at the bottom at the moment. I thought they were one of the more popular clans on the TT?
I think Blood Axes are actually the most popular TT subfaction, if only because they field everything at any given point in time and are actually willing to work with others. But yeah, Evil Sunz are one of the more popular TT armies. NOBZ ON BIKEZ! I actually field a multi-clan Ork TT army and paint each of my units the clan colors of their unit type. My bikerz and buggies are painted evil sunz, my melee and stormboyz boyz are painted goffs, my shoota boyz are painted Bad moonz, my nobz and kommandos are all blood axes, etc etc.
Yeah, I've got a variety of clans myself. Mostly to keep things interesting and fun to paint. The nobz that lead boy mobs are from Da Boss's own clan to make sure da other boyz do what the boss says. The Boss himself is from the Death Skulls clan, and I've given him a few trophies to represent the other clans, trophies which he claimed while he was disciplining da boyz, to show them who's boss.
Green iz best. But blue iz also best. So dere's two best colurs. We'z allready green, so yer just need ta paint yerself blue and you'z good to go. Uddawize, you'z a git.
Well now, I like big guns and stuff, but I'z not some thievin' grot like dose Deffskulls, an' I love speed an' all. Guess dat makes me an Evil Sun den. I just don't really feel like shoutin' "DA RED UN GO FASTA" all da time. I don't know, really.
I think the popularity of the Goffs largely stems from how melee-happy they are. In a game where the Orkz are supposed to be the to-go melee race, it's a very fitting trait.
