OOC: You might assume she is, given she is still the consort of Max (at least on paper). And Max had a night with Uchihas mother before being married. He was supposed to marry her anyway, but then the Kharonis came along and he fell in love with her, though at first he was upset because it had been wedding arrangements by his parents. It was a marriage to put peace between the families, but Max learned quick to love her and kinda forget about Uchihas mother. Though she is still kept as consort on paper, just for the sake of everyone (because being kicked out as consort is even greater shame than being one) also there is a bit more behind the scenes, but that is not really important (or is it?)
