we pretty much got the house names done; there can be minor families like Grallys Cao family or Zeths weird latino family. And also castles & villages are going to be made up on the go. But main forts and main houses are done. Lexarius for world, sure why not (but let's see if anyone else suggest stuff till start)

Btw that move in GoT game was the stupidest thing I've seen in a while, they totally only made it just coz GoT flare - guy just walks in through your dudes while your main dude just stands back and is like :OOOO while you get your throat cut open and yeah I get it, bastard Ramsey has plot armor and all but still...gay.
Yeah, it was kinda meh because one cannot avoid it, but I think Episode 1 & 2 are anyway mostly pre-written so that your actions have more meaning later on. ANYWAY. I found it good example for getting my point. You can stab ppl, that are too stupid, weak or female to defense themselves
