Well we're all supposed to be on par with each other in terms of total ability in combat. So other than the fact Tuska has that trait that makes him tough as shit, Pierre could give him a really good fight.
Still doesn't mean he's the new guy so Tuska doesn't really care all that much about him and besides if you talk down to a large greenskin you should expect to be punched in the face at some point this is just a known fact about greenskins

Yes it would involve a fight, a fight that Tuska would enjoy greatly and would probably end up kicking Pierre in the groin at some point
As said, Tugg would like to join in to any potential fight. Since an Ogre allways wants to prove who is biggest and best, and there for own everyone they can beat.
