No, I feel warhammer fantasy is sufficient for this. what types of weapons are we allowed? what types of mounts do orcs have and what type of armor am I allowed
Depends the RP class you choose. Ork boyz have the average choppa (and maybe a small shank for good measure) Goblin archers have bows obviously and a small weak dagger weapon The classes with mounts are the boar and squig riders. Though the boar riders are orks only and the squig riders are goblins only. As for armor, it can come in many varities, savage orks have very little armor and usually only wear a small loincloth and cover their bodies in warpaint (face included). The archers have leather armor and I think the mount riders have something along the lines of padded leather armor/studded armor. Orc boyz usually have scraps of armor on them such as a single spikey shoulder plate and a small steel plate on their torso to protect their body. What you choose to have is up to you, as long as it is reasonable for you to have, for exmaple a goblin archer cant just be covered in full hard steel plate. Edit: Choppa can be a crudley made ork sword/axe, they are both considered "Choppas"

Guy wrencha usually wears various leathers and skins from various battles making a make shift armor from his dead foes and there looted bodys.

Goblins are just gretchins basically, weaker and smaller than orks but more cunnin, they are often bullied by bigger orks however goblins can sometimes trick an ork as a practical joke.
