Chaos followers are usually too busy sneaking off with the hot gaming chicks attracted to the impressive space marine costume to bother with building one as bait...err...I mean as a labour of love.
Oh, there are plenty of Chaos marines. I know of a few in Australia, one in Germany and yet another couple in the UK.
