So I just got the veteran wolf priest and it seems pretty pointless. Equipping the red armor and the Halo for the wolf priest immediately leaves you with 120 points left.

Healing vial takes away another 50, Cant take any sort of healing grenade at all even without the boosted Vail's. Kind of let down by the cost of the Halo, are all the classes halo's 730LP to equip? Am I supposed to take it instead of armor?

Even just taking the Halo leaves you with very little to play with at all.

Also the appearance difference is just pathetic, two little straggly wolf pelts around the waste barely knee length. NO wolf pelts over the shoulder or head pieces

Friend took the tactical marine and is able to fit top armor, Weapon with mods grenade and ammo pack along with some wargear also wondering if he should not spend the LP on the Halo for the tactical marine.

That's how veteran loadouts work, you get more base armor and 400 more LP to equip stuff with. Wolf Priest unfortunately has a bit of a downside in that he's forced to take a power maul as a tax (the tactical's boltgun is much cheaper, which is how he was able to fit everything)
