    Hi all,

    My apologies for the late patch notes, I've been dealing with a bad case of bronchitis of the Nurgle-iest scale for the last 2 weeks. Thanks to everyone for their well wishes and kind words via PM, Steam and Discord!

    (For those who are having issues when patching the game, you can verify that you have the correct version by matching the BuildID above with what you have listed in the "Properties" window, under the "Local Files" tab. If it's the same, you're good! If it's not the same, you would need to force an update by either logging out/in Steam, or choosing "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" from "Local Files" tab.)

    New and Noteworthy Additions:

    -UPDATE: VOIP is -not- back! Jumped the gun here... It's not ready just yet (we're sorting a crash related to this feature).

    -Plasma Cannon re-balancing!

    -Tweaks and improvements to PVE across the board!

    -New Ork appearances!

    Gameplay Tweaks/Improvements:

    -Durability has been revamped: There is now a (clear) warning valve before your weapon breaks, but once broken you cannot melee for a short time. Melee weapon and shield durability warnings are shown in the HUD so keep an eye out!

    -PVE: Added 30s to the Multi Activate Objective in the crucible for Hive Complex Delta.

    -PVE: Updated Tyranid spawners in the Crucible and the Geothermal stations for better game flow.

    -PVE: Warrior’s HP has been slightly increased.

    -PVE: You can now take cover behind the columns in the corridors.

    -PVE: Ranged archetype will move closer to their tactical location.

    -PVE: Termagant LoS detection improvements have been applied.

    -Swooping Hawk wings now become semi-transparent to help aiming in certain camera angles.

    Combat/Weapon/Faction Tunings:

    -Plasma Cannon base stats have changed:
    • Increased charge time for charge level 1 from 1s to 2s.
    • Reduced radius of small blast from 4.5m to 3m.
    • Reduced radius of large blast from 7.5m to 6m.
    • Small blast min damage reduced from 280 to 150.
    • Large blast min damage reduced from 450 to 200.
    • Both blast falloffs start at 1m and end at 2m (both falloffs used to end at their respective radius size).
    • Hitscan RPM reduced from 200 to 180.
    • Vertical recoil of Hitscan increased from 1 to 1.667

    -The Heavy Bolter and Dakka Deffgun have been made easier to use when not braced.

    -The Eldar Plasma Grenade now does significantly more damage.

    -The Urty Syringe and Narthecium now do the correct type of stagger when performing the Parrying Blow/DBash.

    -Further adjusted Power Klaw attack animation timing and distances.

    -Grenades can no longer be blown up by melee attacks.

    Vehicle Changes:

    -Grav weapons now do less damage to vehicles.

    Menu/UI/Chat Window Improvements:

    -Weapon tiers are now visualized in Loadouts (standard, master-crafted or unique).

    -PVE: Players can now “unready” themselves when the game is full (timer is starting) and before the match begins.

    -Eldar vs Ork warzone on the world map was moved to avoid conflicting positioning with the zoom scroll bar.

    -Queued player numbers for a warzone now appear when selecting a pin in the world map.

    Art/Visual Improvements:

    -As mentioned above in the highlights, new Ork PIRATE appearances have been added, purchasable with RTC.

    Audio Improvements:

    -PVE: Switches now have audio when you use them.


    -Another sweep of item translations was done to fix existing language bugs and add all the new items.

    Bug Fixes:

    -All maps: Fixed over 35 visual/cosmetic/layout/floating object/lighting/one-sided texture bugs and over 40 invisible walls/stuck spots/out of map spots! Keep ‘em coming as bug reports if you find more! Our QA is constantly sweeping through all active maps (and ones in development, but that’s for later ;))

    -All maps: Fixed over 15 incorrectly flagged cover/climb or brace spots that didn’t make much sense.

    -Fixed more occurrences of characters occasionally and randomly becoming invisible in PvE modes.

    -PVE: Fixed a lot of visual and structural bugs in all Hive maps.

    -PVE: Fixed a few situations with NPC going through walls.

    -PVE: Fixed a server crash that could occur in certain situations.

    -PVE: Fixed player entering the sector lock door while opening not showing the correct terminal colors.

    -PVE: Addressed an issue that would cause players to be stuck in spectator cam longer than intended in Hive Complex Delta.

    -The Fusion Gun no longer applies grav effects.

    -Fixed a bug with refunding Advancement tree skills that was not refunding players correctly. (This fixes a lot of the cases of negative AP)

    -Fixed an issue with unlocked Veteran classes that would rarely get reverted to being locked by the backend server.

    -Fixed various visual bugs in the Advancement screens.

    -There was a visual bug with the smoke in the Ork supply box opening sequence which has now been fixed.

    -Fixed missing icons for some of the CSM psychic powers on the kill screen.

    -Addressed several lore and grammar bugs with some item descriptions.

    -Fixed a bug that persistently showed "The capture has been interrupted" when defenders have no lives left in Hold the Line.

    -Fixed a bug with XP that was not granting the right amount to the player who destroyed the gate.

    -Fixed some missing icon for a few Ork weapons.

    -Fixed a server-side sync issue that was causing some strange teleportation during melee combat when receiving a hit under specific circumstances.
