Edit - I just realized that this topic is 2 months old. Sorry for being a necromancer. I might do it in awhile, I'm sick right now, and besides that, I live in a house full of people who don't like loud. I'll try my best. What do you mean, though? TF2 hitsounds happen constantly as you hit people, so it'd just be a never ending stream of screaming overlapping eachother.
