It just needs textures, its suppose to be a bone white chest aquilla but it lacks any shadowing or textures.
Right now they are all basically greyscale models with a solid color painted over them.

I really hope these cosmetics aren't on the "finished" list. The jump pack chest straps look just as bad and the wings-under-the-straps cosmetics don't even appear on the character, so I'm assuming they're not.
