Marcus' eyes widened when Tyesha revealed her psychic power. Under his face-concealing robes, he smiles wickedly. I've found one, he thought. He remembers that one asked for skills. "Sorcery.", he says. "I know Sorcery. That's it." He pulled his hood more over his face. These Gang members would most likely be more skillful or powerful than he. He would have his time, but for now he had to stay out of the way.
@Keidivh "Getting a noble house maybe difficult but can be rewarding like you say but first we will need to get a reputation for them to possibly even consider us then If we can also have someone spy on that house when we begin working for them and find some dirt on them or something that will gain us upper hand in negations along with a few house members possibly becoming our allies and possibly helping them gain power in the house could help us greatly when we get bigger." Nora said to Tyseha But first we need to grow a bit stronger. I don't think just the eight of us at the moment could intimidate a noble house." Nora said as she looked at Tyesha, noticing she had a bit of he witch in her she put a thought in the back of her head to watch out for her powers, Taking a look at there map she noted the two most areas near them a old lab and a residential area. "So far it looks like the nearest areas near us is a old labs and a residential area, we could try to gain some territory and man power by heading to the residential area. If we get enough people we can guard the area and get a good place for recruits and allies and begin getting a few contacts within the area and possibly a few members that can help with keeping our barracks safe. Then theirs the old labs over here that might have some old loot in it. Heard a few stories about a few tech adepts working there and something going wrong, not sure what left it abandoned but it maybe a good idea to look there for some loot and to see if anyone left anything, and a possible secondary operating area." Nora said looking to the others as they all began thinking on what to do. "I think we also may need someone to call the shots in the gang. Someone to be a leader and figure head of our gang."
Marcus nodded. "I say we go to the residential area. Gathering power and numbers is precisely what we need. As for a leader, I say we put it to a vote."
Tyesha nearly cast in her name to be leader, but stopped herself. She already had a big enough mark on her already. I'll just have to run things from behind the scene then. @TechCaptain "Luger, you seem to have a good head on your shoulders. I'd toss my support in for you. I shall be our leaders advisor."
Gate looked aghast at Tyesha as her psyker powers manifested themself, hurling his crude vaporizer sidelong into the wall and smashing it. "A witch! It's bad enough to have to live with gangers and scavvies in the underhive; now we have to live as neighbours to a daemon bride as well?" He rose from his table, putting his thumbs in the belt of his trousers. "Emperor's Toe, I've never seen a group of lowlifes that talks as much as you- er, we do. We all agree the residential hab is the best place to start. I don't care if we go there and shake their hands or sell their souls to our witch here, or if this unintelligible lowlife in the orange jumpsuit leads us. Let's get to action!"
As the Gang continued to keep talking but with the general consensus forming that the Residential area was going to be their first move, the storage cabinet that OG Log had found the frag grenade behind seemed to have finally given up the ghost as it toppled over with a jarring groan. As it came down, some old air that was quite dusty came out, and what was hidden behind the storage cabinet became obvious once it had cleared up: There was the rest of stash of gear, along with the unfortunate scavenger that had found all the stuff..... And had died behind the cabinet, having wasted away into a skeleton that was still clutching his loot. (OOC: You guys can argue amongst yourselves who gets what. Marcus's jaw practically hit the table he was standing by when he saw the treasure trove that had been just behind a storage cabinet. He slowly walked up to the area that had once been hidden from them and slowly picked up the sniper rifle and it's extra mags. He then took one of the sets of primitive armor and a Camoline cloak and with the things he wants in hand he took the handful of comm-beads and returned to the table and placed his new things on the table except the sniper which he leaned against it. "Well that was highly unexpected but how about everyone grab one of these comm-beads and go over everything else. I just took what I want and if you have a problem with that we can take it outside." He put 7 of the comm-beads on the table and took off his duster and hat and began to put the armor on over his clothing.
Tyesha eyes all of equipment not quite as excited as the rest likely were. She had no use for grenades or flames! There was no grace in it. No refinement. The Canoline cloak though caught her attention, as being able to remain unnoticed would be important for her. She wrapped around her dark blue robes, making sure it was fastened. She then took a quick look at the armor. "Seeing as all you fine folk are armed and armored to the teeth, I believe I'll take that. These robes make me look amazing, but that's it. If you disagree, we can have a rational discussion about it." As she said this electricity crackled around her hands, and a predatory smile formed on her face. She then took a Comm-beed and left the rest of the trash alone.
Marcus walked up to the loot silently, takes a medipack and a comm-bead, and walks back to where he was.
@Keidivh Marcus grumbled as he slipped the last piece of his new found armor on. It was obvious that she was taunting him for his earlier statement this one was quick minded and pompous. Were all psykers as people called them like this or was she just a special case? He hoped for his brother's sake that she was just the latter as as he put his duster back on and then got to work attaching the camoline cloak to the back of his duster. "Ma'am might I say that if we get into a fight with the local gangers I hope you get shot first." He said plainly as he finished attaching the cloak and put his hat back on and the comm-bead into his ear.
