To Rule the Streets (Hive Gang RP-IC)

    Gate inclined his head towards Luger in acknowledgement.

    "I can't argue that, but none of that means squat without some territory first. What I'm saying is; why worry about how we're going to rule this place when we're still just eight scummers sitting in this old barracks? I say we roll into that residential habitat, shoot first, then get to asking the questions and sniffing out the lay of the land."

    Luger chuckled and put his blade up. It seemingly vanished from his hands. " Because just shooting it up will have a bunch of enforcers on us or worse kill our money makers. Percision is needed and for that we need intel."

    Marcus Illiad still watched quietly.

    He then turned to the map and looked over it, apparently deep in thought.
  4. Marcus turned to the men talking still playing the knife game even when he's not looking. "How about we just target the local ganger leader and his lackeys I doubt the law men around here would care if they go quiet if anything they might even thank us." He finished his game with a final stab into the wooden table next to his thumb. He picked up the knife and flipped it in his hand and put it back in to it's respective holder in his coat. He turned to see the dark robed man reading one of the maps of the area they have."Now what do you think we should do or are you just gonna stand there with your eyes pointed at a map?"

    Tyesha let out an audible sigh of relief when she heard someone else who didn't think shooting everything was the answer.

    "Thank you mr. ... Luger is it? I agree completely, a team should be sent to get intel, because as I recall, there might be some small time gang actually in control there." Walk into any situation blind, and you deserve to be killed."We gauge there strength, find their hide out, and then we cut off the head. One precise, elegant strike. That should also be enough to cow the locals to follow us for liberating them."
  6. "Aight, aight. Da Ho is right. Any busta can pack heat and wave it at people faces. But one day dem people packing heat too. An dem busta outnumbered. Dat aint da way. Yo need respek. Yo need to gain the people on yo side, not force dem with fear. Yo need to be from da streets, one of dem people. Yo need to know da hoods, breath dem, be da hoods. People respek one of dem, one from da hoods. Real gangsta knows his people, what dey want, what dey think. Being gangsta aint just hustlin, yo represent da hoods, da people, aye?

    Those residental hoods cats talkin' bout? I n I from there, dey my hoods. Me got family dere, you dig? History. I grown on dem streets, I one of dem people, dey me people, comprendes? Heck, I n I made me first crime on dem streets; nicked speakers from Uncle Li's electronics. Uncle Li's nephew kicked my shit next day, but it was okay, u'know, we were from same street. Lil'family love, that's all. Later, some fools tried to roll Uncle Li's store, I an Uncle Li's nephew an others homies wasted da fools. Somebody fucks with Uncle Li or rest of me street, fucks with me. An aint nobody to fuck with OG Log." Said gangster expresses his opinion to the matter at hands, accompanied with exaggerated hand movements and trotting back and forth the room.

    OG Log focuses on his speech with enough passion to ignore most of stuff around him, including the hidden goods within the barracks, only his impatient moving knocking one of the grenades hidden behind cabinet and wall on his feet, where he kicks it accidentally.

    "Oh cool, sweet paperweight." OG Log says as he picks up the grenade and plays catch with it.

    Marcus didn't really understand most of the ganger's speech but when a frag grenade dropped from seemingly nowhere he stood up quickly. "Kid thats a frag grenade not a paperweight!" He looked around nervously and spoke again. "This place must have some old gear stored in hidden spaces you might want to put that down and help me find the stuff since you seem to have a bit if a knack for it." Marcus motioned for OG to put the grenade down and for him to follow him as he began to search for and uncover more of the hidden weapons and ammo.

    Luger got up and calmly plucked the frag grenade out of midair from OG. " Thanks kid. Let us know what you find it will be useful moving on." He nodded at Marcus, then he turns to the rest of the group. "Anyways, every successful outfit I ever heard of could do a little bit of everything but had a primary specialty. What kind of talents do we have to create ours?"

    Nora lumen had been silent most of the time taking a look at what would now be there base. Taking a look she looked around with OG as the others discussed him finding weapon storage for the groups was beneficial especially with the additions of weapons that were left behind here. As she heard Luger speak up asking about there talents she opened her mouth from behind her respirator.

    "I am trained with years of medical experience and practice if anyone needs to be put back together of sown up, I am the person for the job." She said looking to Luger "If I may suggest it maybe a good time to possibly get allies or possibly find a way to start recruiting more bodies to help us on missions by having another person with a weapon can always be useful in a firefight.

    Tyesha raised an eyebrow at the odd speaking youth. She wasn't sure whether to feel complimented or insulted, but at least he agreed with her. "Thank you OG, couldn't have said it better myself!"

    @TechCaptain
    At Luger's question, she let a small arc of lightning jump out of her hand. "As you can see I have some unsavory skills at my disposal, and am skilled in the art of strategy and diplomacy."

    @Vulpas
    Her eyes then caught Mora, and she nodded her assent, "The purge art has the right of it. Allies and followers are what keep any organization afloat. First we must prove we are worthy though. Overthrowing the local gang lord near us would be a good start."

    Then a rather dangerous but lucrative idea hit her. She bit her lip in anxiety and excitement, hoping it wouldn't come back to bite her. Or brutally murder to be more precise, "We may also seek the backing of one of the Noble houses as well. They commonly use under hive gangs for their own proxy wars. But if we can find a particularly weak willed one, we could make them work for us! This would be down the line though."
