Gentlemen, I do believe that the vast majority of "hateful" individuals are motivated by the fact that it was a rushed release, and in addition to the fact that a lot of people say that the feedback is being ignored and that the devs live in their own world, coupled with other issues such as bugs, melee and the lag, there is a lot of reasons (Some completely understandable) why people would feel angry or otherwise dissatisfied.

True, and then we have haters and whiteknights coming in and both being utterly unreasonable.

If you want to support the game and have hope left :
Buy it and invest as many money you can afford.

From a pure gamer perspektive :
Wait a year or two.
