While trying to level my LSM, I saw Eldar players doing this. Using this exploit and trying to defend it is pretty bad, but seeing people on their own team calling them out at least gives me faith that there are plenty of decent people out there too.

Are you trying to telling me Eldar came out at launch?

This game had two settings. Alpha and Launch.

  7. Nope. And I also didn't pat myself on the back for starting "a cancerous movement."

Then go play a single player shooter. or not a shooter at all. play sims or something, because an INTENDED system like the guild system is just that INTENDED by the DEVELOPERS to be USED as OFTEN as POSSIBLE by as MANY as POSSIBLE. That is their intention. they WANT people to create clans and guilds and communities to build up in their games.

An exploit is NOT intended by the developers in ANY way possible. In-fact many go all out to ban people doing exploits!

If YOU don't wish to join a clan then you will have to deal with the occasional pre-made, and you can fix that easily. JOIN A CLAN!!!! or make one. this is an ONLINE MASSIVE MULTIPLAYER SHOOTER. with the end intention to be closer to planet side. not an arena shooter like CoD. So as i said before try a single player game, or SPACE MARINE because that is an arena shooter in the 40k world! without a implemented guild system!

Any further argument from you just informs me that your not willing to take the needed steps to fix YOUR problem. Because until the developers come onto live stream and say "Everyone using our in-game guild system that we created to be use in our game is kicked because its like totally an exploit lol" Your argument is INVALID to the most literal point.

Thank you, and good DAY sir.

  9. It is arena shooter now and it will attract people as arena shooter. So allowing pre-made is hurting the game, shrink population, because majority is not in a clan, let alone really coordinated one (most have 2 members as I remember).

If the game matches pre-mades together (against) or if it became real MMO with some interesting alternatives to the arena we have now, then I will have no problem with that. Matchking pre-made VS random in game as it's now is wrong no matter how you call that.

I do not have to fix anything as it is not yet that common and I can leave the game anytime. But if it would be more frequent, then the random will leave frustrated and clans will die out soon after. Thats what I'm fear of.

TL DR > To make game MMO you need people make play the game, not forced them out.

Space Marines can do similar things on very specific maps.

One map, Medusa Relay (The one with the lava pits near B) has a single point, B to be specific, where Rhinos and predators can slip in the backdoor by clipping through an invisible wall. You could then roll up to the point and sit inbetween a couple of obstacles to make it difficult for people to hug the side of the rhino to avoid its stormbolter, not to mention its back allowed a much closer and more convenient spawn and resupply option for brothers on point.

If im going to be honest, though, this isn't an issue. It should be a thing. In a close quarters area like a pointroom, there should be no way in hell you can't hyper-easily kill the vehicle with a quick application of Melta-bombs (or variants), krak grenades (or variants), or any of the powerful AV weaponry every faction has. Just spawn with some AV the next time you spawn and take it out. No biggie.
