"One more guy for the gang? Don't see why not, but if he has other ideas I'll be happy to make him an offer he can't refuse." Gordon said, flexing his muscles and looking at the prisoner.

Mission #2 Backstory ''Still alive, then?'' Shadey Dave asked, eyeing up Jimmy Jones as he sat at the table, opposite. ''Looks like,'' Jimmy replied. ''Ha, well that's good news. I knew you could handle our little..situation,'' he said, looking around for any prying ears. ''The boss gave me this, for you,'' Dave said, handing over a small package. ''For services renderd, you understand.'' Jimmy smiled back. It felt good to get paid again. ''You looking for more work, then?'' ''Always.'' ''Let me see what I've got here,'' Dave said, looking at a datapad of some sort. ''Oh, yea, that's right. There's been some trouble in the housing block over here, [GM note, grid B16]. Some narc dealers trying to move in on someone else's turf,'' Dave said. ''Got a contract to chase 'em off.'' ''Or there's this one, [GM note, grid C16] we've got an old mineshaft. Supposedly someone's been digging down there. Who knows what they're looking for? The contract is to find out, and retrieve anything of value!'' ''Or...hmm this one [GM note, grid D16]. Reports of raiders stealing food and supplies from the people there. The contract is from the disgruntled residents, they want the theives removed. Permanently.'' ''So, what'll it be?'' [GM note, leader's choice, Deran picked the third option] ''We'll take on the thieves,'' Jimmy said. ''Yea, you show them what's what around here, and the residents will pay you well for it!'' Overview Some raiders are preying on the residents of a nearby housing area, stealing valuable food and supplies. Some have even vandalised resident's property. The residents want the thieves removed. Permanently. The thieves will likely try to escape, but will stand and fight when forced. Goals Primary: Kill all thieves Secondary: Recover food/supplies. Terrain The mission is to occur in a settlement block, in daylight hours. The residents have been warned to stay indoors, so there will be no civilians on the streets. There will be several housing buildings, as well as a large parking garage, that the enemy forces may be hiding within. "Andrea girly ya bring up a good point. " Jimmy nodded. "May just be better to gut him, kick him into the sludge after we take his loot and call it a day. I'll hire more eyes and ears tonight when I go to drop some of our dough on the town anyways. " Nodding to Gordon. "Gordy ya know the ---well no I suppose we don't have a drill do we? Time to fix that. Take care of him would ya? Strip him and chuck him. " Mr Jones gestured with a knife toward their captive before heading out to go handle some business.
"My pleasure..." He took a few determined steps towards the captive who was struggling now and screaming into his gag. He waited a moment before putting away his chainsword, it would be a pain to clean, and grabbing his victim's head and snapping the neck with both hands. After a look to see if he was hiding drugs or something in his jacket or boot heels, Gordon took the corpse out and dumped it down one of the holes into the deeper hive, the animals would get rid of it. "Eagle? Didn't you say your last name was Hawk?" Steve looked baffled. "You actually have 2 birds in your name? Damn, you should have given yourself a name like Dove, and that would be three outta three!" "Now, Johan my man, I promised you a drink and I intend to keep that promise!"
She laughed a bit. "Eagle is my nickname, due to my Eagle Eyes. But my name given by my parents is Andrea Hawk." The lady gave him a quick wink. "And well, there is only one thing I share with Birds. I am as free as one. Try to put me in a cage and you find yourself dead - And that's no Metaphor." She stretched and yawned a bit. "But had been a good work tonight, right? Let's hope not everything is going to be so easy, otherwise this birdie might get bored. And bored birds tend to move on." Andrea said somewhat out loud to herself, yet her Hazelnut eyes were focusing on Steve's face. The man moved on to Johan and she followed him. "Sure you ain't mind to have a Scout with ya?"
"The more, the merrier!" Steve laughed and tapped Andrea on her back, "Good shooting today, you two! Would hate if I found myself on the other side of your scope!" "Come, lets take the Gang car and be off. I know a bar in 18D that serves bitching vodka, you have to try it!" he laughed as he continued towards the garage, intent on spending the night drowning in booze and women.
Evening before The Raid- Once more the crew was called and Jimmy sent out some contacts to go let the civilians know when the fight would be happening under the cover of nightfall to avoid drawing the raiders attention. With everyone gathered around he laid the contract on a table in front of everyone letting them get a good read. "Now then folks, take a moment and read over that so I don't have to waste my breath or your time with the basics. We've got several buildings to sweep and clear. We'll get payed as long as the raiders are dead or scared right out with only a trail of urine and shit to track em with. However survivors tends to come back and bite ya in the ass so same law as last time. No survivors that we don't intend on dragging home. " Twiddling with a knife between two hands a moment he distracted himself from the small crowd. "Gonna be leaving five of our fresh faced recruits to guard our territory and make sure no one does anything stupid or snoops around while we're gone. Gonna have the same guy driving as last time though so he'll be in attendance. Johan, Andrea and Jenny you're riding in to clear out the garage as quickly as possible and get a commanding field of fire over the other target buildings from the upper tiers and buildings. " He nodded to the three snipers. "If you have some trouble with the confines of the building just have our driver bud help ya out." "That just leaves the houses and the breaching crews themselves. we're gonna want to cover a lot of ground, go in fast and loud and scare the piss out of these thugs. Gordon, Danny, and Steven you're going to assault the first building nearest to the parking garage. Samaeul, Sacarias and Orion, you're with me. We're gonna hang back a minute and intercept reinforcements from the other homes -or- help take either of the buildings, see how things hold up as for all we know the buildings could be vacant and they're all camped in the garages.
