Only if you want to get anything higher. You worship Slaanesh anyway already by having lust, pleasure, greed, etc. If you want to or not. just like you worship Khorne if you kill ppl. Ppl tend to forget that the more you fall into an aspect, the higher your rank is. But worshipping a god doesn't take that much, only to be noticed by said god - that takes a lot of work.
