I believe zombie killing knowledge would come from their occupation pre-Curse of Unbelief, at least some notion of how to kill them. Plus they would gain that knowledge during the fall of the planet. Also why do I need to log into my hotmail to read this google doc.. ? (Dumb question)

Not necessarily, though I'd suggest trained soldiers would very quickly figure it out. But nobody who survived would know about the curse (or even Nurgle at all), as knowledge of Chaos is suppressed, forcefully, by the Inquisition. High ranking generals and what not may have known, but even that's questionable.

Accents are fine, as long as they can be read without having to ask what you said.
