Loyalty wise, normally I'd allow whatever, but the lore says the plague doesn't work on those with a strong faith in the Emperor. It says it's as much a psychological ailment as a physical one, and it feeds on doubt.

So I'd say it's probably best to be loyal, or it'll be a short RP because you'll all get infected
