I am not sure if you got right what I meant, there are at least 3 books coming to stock this year that would presumably feature Emperor as one of the main characters, even if not as a POV character, those are: Book XXXV: "Eye of Terra" - confirmed by BL in the previous newsletter, dated 2nd March 2016 Book XXXVII: "The Silent War" - likewise unnumbered book showcased on ADB blog: "The Master of Mankind" - https://aarondembskibowden.wordpress.com/2015/08/28/okay-okay-fine-this-is-what-im-writing/ The first two ones are speculated to be covering respectively (at least as a part of story, regarding Emperor): - Ullanor Campaign - Emperor's business with daemons So... I am pretty sure we will get to now big E, much better this year, than we ever did, even if this will not be thanks to him being a POV character, his perspective upon HH will be somehow revealed to us, in worst case scenario at least by those who were witnessing his actions.
I certainly hope you're right and they don't. It's better being able to project your beliefs of who the Emperor really is. Revealing his true character would probably be a letdown, particularly if they make it really cut and dry like I fear they'd be inclined to do.
I think we're getting our wires crossed, I'm referring too never getting a book where we see what the Emperor is thinking and why he does what he does, I never want that Well the first book in the series states: So yeah, it looks like really early Crusade stuff
Here's hoping they give Ferrus' novel to Abnett, Haley, Dembski-Bowden, McNeill or Ananndale. Would say Parrino as well, but i'm not sure if he's writing for them anymore.
That kind of a book would solve a lot of questions. In fact it would solve TOO MANY questions. Also perturabo book? Gib plz
