Yes, mechanical limbs, prosthetics, and organs are a thing. It's not like Warhammer 40k styled but more living organic metal thanks to the application of Alchemy (though variants like those are extremely expensive so you might end up looking like Buccaneer from FMA)
Ok, so a veteran trench fight from the first war, could in theory have mechanical arm then. Would that be allowable for a starting character? Assuming of course it has improvements and drawbacks to stats of course.

For a starting character I would be completely fine with drawbacks, gives more investment into character development and also something to work towards improving.
Don't know why but Google Docs went down on my end for the Encyclopedia so it looks like I won't be working on it for a few hours. Will just start plugging away more at the Manifest instead. TAKE THAT TECHNOLOGY! Or you know, torment the souls of people in World of Warships who made the mistake of running into one of the top Destroyer players.
You're already tormenting us all by the lack of a Manifest so that we can hurry up and actually enjoy our characters before you inevitably start their slow torturous decent into madness/death! You don't need to add to that number by playing World of Warships!
I main both lines, my best match so far was nine kills as a Minekaze in an unranked match. I normally division up with two friends and we run wolf pack destroyer formations. Ironically though, I'm a cruiser main because I like to torment battleship players with fire spam and watch them burn to death. Except North Carolinas....whenever I go up against them they use the Nuclear option and just blow me up. Every match as a cruiser against a NC that's fired at me I've been detonated regardless of where it hits my ship, though I've returned the favor as a Benson by detonating a NC with an HE shell when it was at full HP. @Maleth. What's that? Don't release the Manifest until Emperors Day? ALRIGHTY THEN!
