I think this theme does well to capture a lot of that Eldar feel. Not really in that "futuristic" way, but it is just enough mysteriousness, mysticism, and ancient feel that I would expect from Eldar. Of course, the 1800's feel would be replaced, but otherwise I think it seems like elements like this would be very good for Eldar. Whaddya panzies fink?
A part of me almost wants something that ramps up over a relatively short period of time. Like the acceleration of their tanks. I was going to say "ramps up like shifting gears" but the Eldar technologies are probably like an electric car (one.. Or even no gear) so if the music builds at all.. It should be an unbroken increase in tempo.

I'm thinking the Eldar's music should be som where in the range of symphonic epic music, with celtic folk type music, and some 80's synth. The first two minutes of this one make a really deep and longing type of atmosphere which I think fits well with the eldar. I think music from Ergo Proxy would suit Eldar just fine: I think Eldar themes should be minimalistic and reveal as little as possible about their misterious nature.
