What? You have multiple Space Marine chapters, a warfleet of guardsmen, and the firepower to Exterminatus the entire Space Hulk at any moment. I'm one possessed with a Noise Marine and a Ork. Sure, I might be able to summon some Daemons to fight with us, but we are grossly outnumbered. Unless I'm missing something in someone's post.
As in, no one is bloody posting. We got the GM who is playing a SM character and then there's three other loyalist players who have yet to do anything with one making a short post. Essentially I'm at a standstill in posting unless I want to just push off all the other players from the loyalist side. So they might as well be dead if they aren't going to participate in a timely manner.
It also means we heretics and xenos should capitalize on the Imperium's lack of activity, in pursuing our goals. Things get alot harder once they get aboard, so the more time we have before they show up, the more we can accomplish with relatively less resistance.
Fuck it this is taking too long. All vessels bomb the shit out of that hulk. We didn't need it anyway!
Adrax's last words, not in a concerned tone at all: "Well, that's unfortunate." (He doesn't fear death because he thinks getting devoured by Chaos is a good thing. Yeah. A religious nut, if that wasn't obvious)
Actually I've been meaning to ask about that, but is it possible for you to actually shell the shit out of the Hulk with the fleet? Aren't these things supposed to be so large and massive that they might count as small moons and such? Would the Imperial Navy accept the usage of the munitions needed to fully render the Hulk destroyed, because it almost seems like a waste, especially since it will probably pass back into The Warp, as these things are prone to. Honestly curious, I don't have much knowledge on the Hulks save for the Space Hulk game, and the description of Ghazgul's from the Yarrick book, Pyres of Armageddon, and that mofo doesn't even seem phased by the space defenses above the planet.
Depends on the makeup of the hulk. If there's a lot of space vessels with engine cores with enough fuel in them, igniting them would be the same as multiple nuclear warheads going off and cause a chain reaction. In all honesty, it would only take a few lance batteries to cut a hole through certain points and then launch a few torpedoes into them to shatter it apart. It's also assuming that the hulk is extremely jagged in construction jutting out randomly in hundreds of places with certain areas thinner than others.
Alright, fair enough. Now, next question. We know the Boros Paladins most likely have a special interest in the Hulk, since men of theirs have gone missing inside. If the Navy did decide to destroy it, could the present Captain challenge the order, saying it's to important to simply eradicate, knowing he's keeping information of lost brothers from the admiral?
