Backgrounds and Equipment may or may not change max HP. HP deduction will be done by each individual by themselves after reacting to the prior rounds. I.E. Round #15-1: Casavay (1hp) shoots at Tyranid (3hp) Round #15-2: Tyranid acknowledges damage (2hp) + performs finishing hit on Casavay. Round #16-1: Casavay (0hp) accepts outcome.
