    Maybe but something that they would scream it's contents at guardsmen during battle. I mean I'll do just fine without it but I'm mostly just curious at this point.

    I wonder if Judge Dredd is his friend or so, since on the link it states:

    Judges carry a much smaller, field version known as The Book of Law, from which an officer of the Adeptus Arbites may read passages that strike fear into the heart of all wrong-doers.

    So yeah you would have one of these 'The Book of Law' with you :3 Mr. Wannabe Arbites ;)
