"I shall join my fellow servants in this competition to help keep there faith during this game." Milinda said as she got up and headed to the armory to get her gear. It would be around fifteen minutes before she arrived in the training romm with her full gear on. Milindas simple robes replaced with carapace armor with robes wrapping around it and a large skull lumen above shining above her. In her hands a simple looking chain mace and shield and on her back looked to be a flamer and a shotgun for ranged weapons and various training equipment replacing what would be live fire rounds. "Commisiar I hope you don't mind a old women like me joining you in this little training exercise," Milinda said looking to him with what looked to be a grin.
With quick efficiency Alton exchanged his live rounds for training rounds and reset his plasma pistol for minimal training discharge. The Skitarii looked very little different he simply took off his oversized tunic to reveal an odd looking kind of Carapace that gave the user more freedom of movement without cost of protection. It also revealed that his bionics were much more extensive than first glance would say. With a bit of grin and a mischevious eye he activated some more of his augments and capabilities with a thought. In the training area before they even got started he fired off a few shots at distance targets to get recalibrated for this enviroment. The rounds gave off no sound and have an accuracy that only a bionic hand and eye could make sure of. " Hmm error rate of 0.001 percent making corrections"
"As long as you don't mind training by the side of a grumpy old man." Jeb said to Melinda tipping his to a fellow loyal servant of the emperor. He then looked to the rest off-the-wall humans that had arrived. "Well I suppose we should come up with some form of plan if we are to be doing this as a team. Godric, you will be upfront acting as our battering ram cutting a path for the rest of us as we move forward behind you clearing up stragglers and supporting you from range. Does anyone have any other suggestions?"
" I will provide overwatch, rearguard, and some flanking support." With that he wrapped his camo cloak around him and started the process of blending.
"Sounds good to me. Is everyone here?" Slinging the Storm Bolter he grabbed his Storm Shield and Frost Axe. Giving the Frost Axe a few practice swings eager to get the challenge underway.
"Old?" He asked now, his arms crossing over the chestpiece of his Aspect Armour with some confusion. "You both do not look old to me - unless Hughmen elderly years act differently, to ours." His human pronounciation was better, that time!
Godric tilted his head at the question and appeared to be in thought. He rubbed the Centurion Studs on his head before answering. "216 if my memory serves me right. Much older than most that you will meet here on this ship."
"I hate to interrupt you Godric but I do believe he was referring to the Priestess and I, not you." Jeb said to the space wolf looking up to him. "Though you are right in how you are most likely the oldest human on this ship. I'm fifty one but to a normal human that makes me old."
Lady Persephone Belisarius "No I will not attend, while you have your competition, the fair Farseer and I shall continue negotiations." Persephone merely informed the group before cutting the vox. Farseer Naeryndas Blackstar "You will do fine, trust each other and work together." The Eldar similarly said through the vox-gems of the Eldar. Enforcer Adrian Trent van Drakken And that was that with communications from the leaders, however a man dressed in Belisarius robes approached the group he seemed unarmed but twin shotguns were hiding beneath his robes - just in case. "Godric, Alton." He greeted his fellow servants of House Belisarius with a nod, they had priority - they served on this vessel together for years. "Cadians, Elysians... Eldar." He addresse the remaining group. "I am Enforcer Adran Trent van Drakken, officially an Enforcer of the Lex Imperialis, the laws of the Imperium, but privately a.... Family friend to Lady Persephone. Now I was informed that I would have time trials here. In order to make this fair - as such is my role - The humans will gain one single run, while the Eldar will gain three. Godric and Alton have done this parcour in this configuration at least a hundred times. It would be unfair to the Alien guests to give them only one chance. The best time will be taken for the results." He nods to the humans and then approached the aliens to give them a more in-depth explanation. His speech slowed down and was broken up - thinking they would otherwise not understand him. "Battlefield simulation. Non-deadly. Training Units only. No killing. Time-based. Three tries - best counts. Questions?" While the Eldar were given time to think, discuss and question, a servitor approached the human group to let them know that the course is ready for them. OOC: What is a vox-gem? Well vox-gems I 'stole a bit' from @Jorimel who established them basically equal to vox-communication of humans just better because more high-tech. These could come in very many variations. Aspect Warriors may assume to have them built-in their helmets, Artisans may have a bead in their ear or perhaps one mounted on their wrist or in another shape or form. But essentially - the same as vox. OOC: Tagging for the sake of tagging @kanila | @TuskatheDaemonKilla | @TechCaptain | @Vlayden | @Donairian | @ItsTime | @Casavay | @BadDo9 | @Vulpas | @Maleth
@Uriel1339 @Vlayden @Maleth @ItsTime @Casavay Vorin raised an eyebrow a bit at the Enforcer's mannerisms towards them. "I mean no disrespect, Enforcer Adrian Trent van Drakken." the scorpion said, referring with full title in an attempt to be polite. "But we can understand your words just fine - even if some have troubles with some words." he gently nudged the other Aspect warrior in a tease. "I personally have no questions. Thank you." he bowed and then turned to his Eldar brethren. "I would very much think Aderis and my roles would be rather clear. We can run front. Our warrior selves should tune rather easily. As for you, Telith.." he smiled. "Perhaps you would be best suited alongside our warlock and pathfinder. Allow us aspects to be the perimeter to your center." Of course he was not stuck on this plan. If the others had options, such would all be considered. Yet this was the best plan in his warrior mind, given the unknown course - everyone could do what they needed without much issue.
