Tell me what the most excessive VFX are!

  1. Laentis Diolux Cplex First Blood!

    This is the grim dark future. Please make it look like it is actually Warhammer 40k from a VFX perspective.

    -Lower the screenshake all together please, yes on everything.
    -Incoming fire makes me feel like being in a Disco, please lower the effects on that.
    -The capture points (green orb things) are too bright.
    -Lampposts shine bright like a sun, need to be darker.
    -Effects of healing grenades really obscure the screen sometimes by being to bright and shiny.
    -Plasmaballs lag all around the place and its impossible to see them incoming. (dont know if thats supposed to be in here).
    -poison visual effect is too strong, needs to be lowered

    Bloom - ANY of it. Just give us an option to disable it. Most annoying on those diamond shaped light crystals and other light sources.

    Lens Flares - ANY of it. Option to disable please. Especially on spot lights, and the orks rocket pack.

    Dust Trail from moving - Option to disable completely. Anytime ANYONE moves, they leave a very huge cloud of dust, often blocking a good portion of the screen. The dust even appears when moving on metal or concrete surfaces!!!

    Screen Shake - ANY time it happens. Option to disable completely. Gives me a headache.

    Ork jetpack flare. Right in the eye!
    Oh and poison effect. Looks too insane for what it does.
    Dust - feels like a character from toon with ostrich and coyote.
    Screenshake - way overboard.

    Screenshake - Specifically when the Dark Reaper's charged up shot impacts (I think it's the Reaper Launcher's fully charged shot). Each of the many impacts shakes your screen independently and it becomes extremely obnoxious (like 5 full-on screenshake events in a row, at a time).

    I like the little bit of screenshake I've seen while running in PvE sometimes (feels cool), but I'm sure a lot of people would prefer it wasn't a thing or had options to be toned down.

    P.S. On a completely unrelated note, the sound-effects when you're almost dead are awesome (where you've been downed and brought back). Can we have an option to turn that on permanently? Okee, thanks :)

    Screen shake.
    Raptor/assault/stormboy ground slam.
    The vfx when you take damage etc.
    Dust trail you leave when running.
    Sparkles in melee.
    Capture points.
    support classes aoe healing etc.
    The purple trails that jump pack classes leave when flying,they are ugly inmersion breaking and serve no purpose.

    Poison effect for sure and MoK when he is being healed, why even let them be healed as an option. Abbadons Grace fire is too imposing. I feel like tron cycles are flying by not canon rounds. I don't like the life steal effects it looks like you just applying heals really fast, doesn't even look like a life steal, also make them more visible. I need to know if my next round will kill a melee unit or if the 2 outta 3 hits he got on me was already my demise. I can't think of anything else right now.

    - Ork healing beacon,
    - screen shakes all over the place. Sounds like a bug tho, especially in fortresses

    The ork stikk bomb has a very bright white/blueish light that should be toned down to where the other nades are

    THE. LAZY. UNREAL. LIGHTING. EFFECTS.

    For power weapons.

  10. Eh, when assault jumps and it does trajectories all over the place so you have no idea where´d he telep... I mean jumped.

    Than please, I dont know, its not really necessary, but can you do something with shuriken cannon/catapult effect? It feels like crushing a glass than shooting high powered plasma /something/ shurikens.

    Another thing thats taking my nerves are those "Effects" when you do strong attack, you got stunned or anything with melee.
