Well since Uriel seems excited about the idea of a Tau RP and I must admit to missing the greater good lately. I would be willing to GM a narrative RP focused on a single Cadre in a similar fashion to the original chapter Rp run by BadDo9, same combat rules. Any caste would be allowed, providing you didn't mind being an auxiliary to the Fire Caste. The senior fire caste officials would be played by me until they were replaced by the players. It would begin with the damocles gulf crusade and move forward from there. All players would start at the rank of shas'la. If I can get 3 interested players I will run this campaign, if interested post in here with a character sheet that has your character's name and personality. Hope to get some interest and a good thread going here!!
Ah yes, I was there with you (as the Vespid Leader) on that one RP that was multi raced, dominate the world scenario by Uriel. Welllll I liked it, but I don't think I will go the Vespid route this time. Im not sure if I want to fully join yet, so Ill think so more about it. Interested, I am.
You would have to earn the suit first I think! @PorOborosCain had a really good idea about playing a covert/ambassadorial team "Ordo Xeno style" what would people think about that? It would enable you to get the cool stuff a little bit faster

Plasma Death joy sounds exactly like the Tau Edit: With Midas joining us, that does make for 3 interested people, and once @Uriel1339 sees this he will be in too, so there's 4. This is a go then, I'll post character sheet rules and such later today, and start the RP thread when I get off today. Is everyone ok being the covert/diplomatic team? Or would you all rather be part of a larger army? I'm thinking the first one allows for players to be other castes a lot easier
I do not care, and while I am sure Urian has a billion points of note to either, I will vote Covert/Diplomatic team for the sake of variety. (Also I want to be able to use the term 'plasma gun diplomacy')
I personally would rather be with the larger army but if other people want the Covert/Diplomatic team I'll go with it
I suppose I should have clarified that the covert group will still have the support of a cadre. As for character creation, you can PM me a character sheet with your character's background, personality, and name. Once approved you can post the character here. I would prefer if people were only Tau'va, but if someone REALLY wants to be another race, I'm willing to discuss it You all may choose what Sept the Cadre is from. Everyone starts off at Shas'la, but relatively close to your Trial by Fire so that there's not a huge delay (1 battle/significant encounter) before getting to the fun stuff.
