    We might as well just wait until we can try it ourselves before we form any strong opinions on it.

    I'm more concerned with farseeing... what I think they should do for farseers:

    EVERYBODY's movement and actions get cached up for like 15 seconds... like they can see themselves doing something but really it just goes in the cache and what's in the cache gets displayed to only ME- I mean, a Farseer. Then when I am done planning ahead for that it lets me do whatever I want BEFORE it lets the cached actions through.

    See? Easy. Get right on that, EC.
  6. i have the feeling that they were forced to make the pistols very weak just because of the lock on

    katie was shoting like 5 times on a downed enemy and he still wasnt dead
    i would love to have the pistol as emergency option when i need to reload my main weapon or i ran out of ammo


    in spacemarine it was so much fun to use the pistol and still manage to kill 1 or 2
    i dont see this in EC with the current build

    I worry about that too. Perhaps they should make the lock-on not apply to pistols somehow. Like have a cursor for it still visible while lock-on is active so that players still have to aim with it like normal. When players zoom/ADS it goes to the over shoulder cam and reengages lock-on when canceled. A separate cursor would be dependent on just how much the lock-on controls your camera. Would be difficult to pull it off and harder still to have it feel right however.

    So what you're proposing is wall hacks as a mechanic. Predicting what players will do and displaying it to a player (quite impossible). Or just showing where players were but then that isn't foresight. Or showing where players are exactly the way Blacklight: Retribution does. While in EC's case it would be on an Hero class which has an expensive & significant cooldown attached but still that's no skill nor is it fun for anyone not Eldar so I say no thanks. Give the ability a lengthy cooldown as well as a counter enemies can do and I would skeptically think about it.

  8. Long before they lastest iteration of melee, they said you get a severe damage penalty to downed players. This is to encourage execution moves instead of just gunning them down.
