Copied and pasted into the first post. Thank you. For some reason I really want a video game where you play as a monster like the thing I just think it would be really cool. Maybe Gobmaw can show us how such a thing thinks.
The Prototype game had some similarities in absorbing and evolving one's appendages, though with a lot less body horror than The Thing of course.
I've played prototype two all the way to 100% completion so to say the least I enjoyed it. But I really just like the idea of extreme shape-shifting not just making yourself look like a different person but anything even entirely new creatures that come to mind making only your imagination as the limit to what you could become.
That's why I'm sort of jealous Gobmaw thought of his first before remembering about the thing, there's not much you can't do biologically with it's kind of powers and only really limited by your imagination for it. @GobMaw_HellSmasha can't wait to see how you do your scientist Thing.

Don't worry they have fail safes for something like this. They all involve explosions. Bloodbath the singing abomination everybody... come to think of it is he even able to speak anymore?
Sooo turns out I actually had a lot of time in the morning while on a bus ride headed to a completion I'm going to be competing in and I'm almost done with the ic thread. Guess I kinda underestimated how quickly I type Anyways almost done will probably start today actually.
