Crysial continues to work in the armory as the stormtrooper walked in, not turning towards the human, he spoke "Perhaps we should ascertain the condition of this galaxy. We are in a different time, one that has changed much in a thousand of your years. The marine back on the space hulk mentioned that my people are not here anymore, that the nightbringer returned to bring death to the great devourer. Perhaps more changes have happened, especially with your skeleton on a throne and the worlds you have infested. Either way, nothing to do now but wait."
Dante looked out one of the ship's windows as the Necron talked, gazing into the dark void with the lights of planets shining through the blackness of space. Hearing the Necron confirm the ever present truth, that they were in a future time, had Dante uneasy. What of the Imperium, Terra, and the God-Emperor? Surely they still remained, but the same could have been said for the loyalty of the now renegade Ultramarines. "Indeed..." was Dante's only reply as he continued to look out the window, pondering on what the future held.

"What I want to know is: what does the voice want with us now that we destroyed the corrupted ultramarines?......"
Dante turned his attention to the group as he moved away from the window and leaned against the wall with his arms crossed. "Now that's the million-credit question, isn't it. It could want to test us or prepare us for something. Or it could just be messing with us, watching just to see how far we can go before we reach our limits."
The Materium around the Combatants being torn apart, they find themselves in an empty "nothing" each of them still equipped with their equipment they have found. A room slowly forms out of the white, it looking very ancient as there is a podium in the center of it. "Your task was to bring the Gauntlets of Ultramar.... Put them on the Podium." The Voice demands, drilling in each of the Combatants' minds.
