All I could see is "URIAN HELP!" I will go here a bit with what I did for my Sons of Guilliman because I made them Fleet-Based too. 1 'Super-Sized' Battle Barge (like the Eternal Crusader of the BT, Omnis Arcanum of the BR, etc.) - It should contain something very special or be made in a special way. The Omnis Arcanum for example contains a gene-seed of the Blood Ravens in the very core of the ship in an indestructible chamber to always preserve it, even if all BR die. 2 regular Battle Barges 7 Strike Cruisers 20 Frigates 1 Dominator-Class (got nova-cannon alright) Keep in mind the fleet will NEVER be in whole numbers at 1 spot except for something REALLY dire. Like let's say a black crusade or a war of armageddon or something like that. But usually your fleet will be spread wiiiideeee I recommend to do this with chapter order (usual case): 1st Company - Super Battle Barge 2nd Company - Battle Barge #1 4th Company - Battle Barge #2 (Because Captain of the 4th is usually master of the fleet) and then 1 Company per strike cruiser That means each Strike Cruiser has 1 company ; even the scout company gets one. Designate 2 Frigates per Strike Cruiser, that is 14 - leaves you with 6 frigates. Then assign the 2 Frigates also per Battle Barge. And boom awesome fleet with awesome structure ; The Dominator ship will be assigned to other ships as required to punch holes into orbital defenses or for major void fights.
WELP! Looks solid then. So there is my idea for a chapter. If more folks show up, show interest and we can come to a rough majority agreement on a chapter we can move along to the Rp system then the RP ITSELF HUZZAH!
New Plan: 5 Companies - Fleet based ; causes relatively small fleet obviously. Here is what you should have: 1 'Super-Sized' Battle Barge (like the Eternal Crusader of the BT, Omnis Arcanum of the BR, etc.) - It should contain something very special or be made in a special way. The Omnis Arcanum for example contains a gene-seed of the Blood Ravens in the very core of the ship in an indestructible chamber to always preserve it, even if all BR die. 1 regular Battle Barge 3 Strike Cruisers 11 Frigates 1 Dominator-Class (got nova-cannon alright) The Super-Sized Battle Barge for Chapter Master & 1st Company Battle Barge for 4th Company (Usually Captain of 4th = Master of the Fleet ; If you do not do that, then use 2nd company) 1 Strike Cruiser 2nd company or 4th Company 1 Strike Cruiser 3rd Company 1 Strike Cruiser 5th Company (Scouts) 2 Frigates per Strike Cruiser = 6 ; leaves you with 5 3 Frigates for the Super-Sized battle barge (flagship) and the other 2 remaining frigates for the regular battle barge. The Dominator-Class is anyway only support ; usually with the flagship because where the flagship is - there is where action is. I recommend to give your chapter also a special fleet formation which puts the Scout Company's cruiser always with the regular battle barge together. Which means your fleets will look this: #1: Super Battle Barge 3 Frigates Dominator-Class #2: Battle Barge 5th Company Strike Cruiser 2 Frigates #3: 2nd / 4th Company Strike Cruiser 2 Frigates #4: 3rd Company Strike Cruiser 2 Frigates

Codex Adherence: Fully except for apothcarys Structure - Similliair to a regular chapter Primarch- Unkown Chapter Beliefs: The chapter views itself as a chapter that is very pure in there geneseed but this does not make them lax this makes them work harder to be pure for the emporer Many of the chapter apothcarys where a odd mask resembling a old mask from terra once used long ago when not in combat. (Similiar to a plague doctor mask) The chapter Chaplins drill into the recrutis there need for purity in soul and the apothcarys there need in body. Chapter views - Chapter views it must purge the mutant and mutations and corruptions out of the imperium along with chaos They seem to have a hatred for nurgle and slannesh. They will not fight along side abuhmans or chapters with out of control mutations. They also seem to have a paranoia about there geneseed mutation there apothcarys alwalys watching for any signs of taint Genesead mutation - unnormally low Gensead flaw -none know
