With the Campaign due to end today, are we Eldar going to finally get our Autarch? Or are we going to be waiting even longer for our Elite to show up?

If we have to wait... why? Its been worked on for months, why cant we have him?

Also, why isn't it an Autarch in every sense of the characters being by GW? Or have they really slapped you down with a C&D order?
