It's a pointless discussion now, as it's all in the past, but I do think the Plasma Cannon was far too strong previously. The current version on live however I am completely fine with, hell, I'd be fine with it having a bit more AoE so long as it keeps the 2 second charge time. That said, from what I've seen of it on UAT it is being way, waaaay overnerfed, and on that I completely agree, if these changes go live it will be worthless.
