When DC decided to restart their Universe/IP with The New 52 I was glad. It meant I could stop buying their comics and save money. Since then I have just stood back and watched the car crash that The New 52 is just happen. Though it has kinda gotten interesting lately with the Reborn stuff. But then I've only looked at the Superman comics line. No. It's because you're kneejerk reaction to anything Marvel seems to be "It's SJW Madness!". And I think you're only right some of the time. By the way, what do you think about the upcoming VenomVerse-thing? Seriously! Didn't he abuse and rape her!! Wasn't she in a relationship with Poison Ivy? Why would DC do this? Did they let the Warner Brothers executives dictate stuff, again? [sarcasm]Like the last time they let those executives do that it didn't turn into a FUBAR![/sarcasm]
The first Edge of Venom Verse book, with Logan fighting the Venomdino was pretty cool. There were a few things I thought looked weird, but that is just me. BIRDS WITHOUT FEATHERS?! STOP! Anyways, I dunno if he is getting with her after, just that he is supposed to make it up to her or some shit. You may think it is kneejerk, but usually it is fairly correct. Especially if you know who is writing the story.

I judge the story not the writer. Even the worst writer can create something brilliant, whilst the most brilliant writer can create turkey. So I don't go into a story with many, if any preconceptions and try to judge it on its own merits. Did you see that DC New 52 alternate universe of Earth 23 where it literally has a Barack Obama-esque character as President and Superman, one Calvin Ellis? Also with most of the heroes of that universe being black (though Batman is a white guy). Lex Luthor was still a white guy, which led to the scene where Lex pretty much says to Superman "I'm not against you because you're black. I'm against you because you're an alien!"
