No the statistic said that a sizable minority believes Sharia Law comes from the word of god, and a lot believe that it is based on it at least. This doesn't make them Jihadists, even with the smaller amount who think that it should be the law of the land. It makes them Islamic, or not as undevout as you claimed.
That sizable minority applies to a pathetically small minority. All those numbers are split between 15% of 3 million. You're trying to imply the largest number represents total number of muslims, which is false. That statistic applies to the muslims who are devout, which are a minority.
Even those that do want every citizen to adhere to Sharia aren't necessarily Jihadists, Turkey removed their democracy democratically*. Thou probably with coercion and corruption. 15% who think it should be law of the land.
No, 12% of THAT 15% believe it should be Law. 15% of the 50% and dropping Albanian Muslims are devout. Of those, 24% say it's the word of god, 12% want it to be law, etc.
