Oh yes. I disagree with that policy as well. I vote because its my right to and in recognition of the great costs it took to attain and preserve those rights, not because I have to.
But none of those secondaries will ever have the power to espouse your ideals if they never get any votes. Money is center stage at the moment but they still pay attention to the numbers.
They will continue to lack strength regardless of whether I vote for them or not. It's naive to think that a Democrat or Republican will not be elected president of the United States in 2016.
No one yet, it's only the sorting. Soon they'll have the party election choices in the next few months. Some are already declared in Third parties, but I don't know that yet for sure. Fair enough, but what's exercising your only real right left? Privacy is a myth, cops kill, and corporations have more rights than humans. I'm still gonna vote, why? Because I can.
Can't know that until they're in office. Even then, they may not be worth it... but then we'll be ready.
Possibly nobody, it's early. As you said it's not like a 3rd Party Candidate is going to win anyways, but if there's a sizable percentage of American's who simply didn't pick either of the standard parties, then that would be an accomplishment in of itself. I've considered penning in No Confidence before, honestly.
