Heh yeah I was in that Olipses. Kudos to the spikey boyz sticking it out and trying a late game break out with vehicles heh. Total cluster fuck on the match maker though, no idea how that happened. I didn't even think that map was able to go passed 20 players on a side. @BrentEllison @Oveur Know how this happened?
Could be possible massive game abandoning? Btw matchmaking need to be fixed, games like the 2 above should not start at all or interrupt if one side is less than 80% of the other side, in this game numbers matter.
I know this thread pertains to the situation on hand, but I'm curious to know about how people are going to find territory battles. No matter how you work it, an "open world" as small as a territory ~128 players total~ is going to have population imbalances inside it. Either one side wont be able to have as many players as the other, or players will find themselves in a section of the territory/region/open world ect. where there are less of themselves, and way more of the enemy. Just curious as to how people feel about that.
*squeels* I just saw that Nathan looked at this thread a while ago. Perhaps it will at least get looked at internally if not discussed on the forums heh.
I think they need to look into warparty queues since it seems both of those games have large warparties in them. Just a theory of course.
Yeah I'm thinking something glitched with the queue system. DLB probably were sitting in queue with a full party, it matched them, hiccupped, thought the game had no people in it so it invited 15 or so solo queues in, then DLB DID show up and there you have a terrible true WAAAGHHH!! in game.
Heavy weapons will play a bigger role imo. One guy on defence defended by allies can hold of a lot of people singlehandedly. Gaurd ya lootas and your lootas do work. Dont gaurd them....wsll hope you didnt like holding onto that point anyway.
