So if we have a more detailed option for cosmetic accesories what do you guys wanna see? I really want squigars now after that ork cigar thread. Small tokens and trophies from defeated foes would be cool. Like a necklace of nid claws or a couple stolen SM helmits. Maybe some really rare ones could have really cool effects like adding a generator on your back that throws off sparks, or a replacement leg/hand thats all cyborky that replaces the normal model part. Edit: they could also have skin/special paintjobs and decals. Like extra scarred up skin or bolter round armor hole decals vs acid round dmg decals from nids. Let you customize your battle dmg look. Maybe pick between heavily riveted armor vs bolted on armor. Gold caps for teef def need to be there also.
Purple face/body paint. Night Vision goggles. Extra weapons (stabbas/choppas/shootas/other races weapons) to hang off my belt or backpack!
Welding mask, guardsman helmet to put ontop of my head, 23 hairy squiggs of different colors, a ladle and several fuel cans.
A Commisar cap, A Freebooter pirate hat, A squig biting the top of your Ork's head (that occasionally wiggles its feet and bites a bit), The metal gob around the neck (yeah it ain't technically a hat, but it's still a facial cosmetics), Cybork eyes, skull, etc. A bolt or round lodged into your head, a boss pole for putting heads on the pointy sticks, A paper mask with a marines face on it for the Kommandoz, a space marine helmet that just ends up being on the top of the Ork's head. Maybe if they put the 'Ard Boyz with the sheilds thing that we can cosmetic the shield to just have a bunch a Grots chained to the front of it for absolutely no reason but because it's funny.
Battle Scars, Cyborg Eye, Since Space Marines and Eldar will get different Helmets somethign to change the appearance of your orks face, face paints would be awesome to.
Lol that would be like the shield from borderlands with midget psychos strapped to it. Always loved those enmeies. Kommandoz should have the option of skin textures. Like smeared ashes or mud covering his face. Maybe he is super gritty from crawling through sand and dirt to get to his position.
Given they stated in the last Twitch that all the Orks will have the same face, I agree there needs to be a lot of added gubbins to differentiate individuals. Along with some of the excellent examples above, I'd like to see eyepatches, metal forehead plates, a red windsock, various types of knuckledusters, a snotling sitting on the shoulder.
While the same face is a bit of an issue, and I will coin the phrase clone army before the beakers (marines) do If you add even one more face, its 50% of a problem, 4 its 25% of a problem. So it won't take loads of work to give orks some distinction, the work should probably go on the customizations options mostly.
