<Ork Boss Simulator> The Ork Boss was not that easy to slay as he roared - his sheer volume stumbling Cold Wind back as he charged again. This time with his huge Powah Klaw coming down upon the Fireblade while his Nobs started to attack the Fire Warriors of his squad. Shi'Monat simply relaxed and watched how the Fireblade would react.
"now fire" as he belowed he roled backwards as the fire wariors then opend fire and coldwind then droped a photon grenade at his feet and then the gun drone fired on him as he brought his rifle up and fired again
<Ork Boss Simulation> The Photon Grenade exploded but caused only minor damage - rather causing smoke and dirt to annoy the Warboss who just growled. The Gun Drone was shot down almost instantly after it opened fire, a Nob Crashed his bike into it and both - Bike and Drone crushed into another Tau exploding and killing him. The Nob jumped off just before he would crash the Gun Drone - Engaging now the other Ranged Combatants while leaving the Fireblade to the Warboss. The Ork took some damage, but the aim was relatively bad and despite the plasma clashing into his chest and shoulder he just threw the pain off and kept on going. The Waagh was unleashed!
Earth and Air caste as far as the eye could see. Are they all engineers? "If the Earth caste builds the tech, does that include the ships?" The Air caste are the navel experts and pilots of the Tau, it would make sense they maintain the their own ships and void stations. However the cooperation of the two castes is far more likely. "First thing to explore when I get to the Hanger bay." Upon entering the Hanger Yua'rak saw and overheard, not eavesdropping, both castes. Watching the barracuda was thrilling! After, the Air caste pilot waved Yua'rak over. This should be fun, Yua'rak thinks. *raises his hand in greeting* "I fare well Skilled pilot. I'm an Envoy Yua'rak, a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I hear you wish to claim this vessel as your own?"
"Indeed, so I do," Kais'or'es said and nodded quickly, "its earlier pilot went and died, and it'd be a shame to let such a magnificent aircraft go without a pilot." He bowed slightly and introduced himself with a slight smile on his face. "Kor'Ui'Fal'shia'Kais'or'es at your service."
Amused by his honesty and pleased by his determination, Yua'rak returned Kais'or'es' smile. "Por'Ui'N'dras'Yua'rak at yours. You are right, such a fine craft would be wasted gather dust. Retitiling the baracuda to you would be a simple enough amount of paper work, however." *looking at a portable holo screen mounted on his wrist* "Your request to modify the ship is another matter. Such... Excess, isn't easily justified for one of your rank, would take resources away the fleet." Looking up from the screen, Kais'or'es' face is of incredulity and was about to protest. When Yua'rak noticed Engineer Mesme'ter and an idea for a little fun took root in his head. "But if there was a way to prove your skills with the barracuda that would change things. That and a recommendation from a talented engineer would look good for your case as well. Care to place a wager?"
-vior'la Vio soon enterd the simulator see looked around and could see 1 already in progress with a fireblade. "think we should join up with him or do one against the marines?" vio asked deru
-Deru "you think he wouldn't mind us interrupting the simulation?" *he said looking over at the other simulation*
<Shi'Monat> "Or you simply wait a couple of minutes, the simulation is about to end, Firewarriors." She said from behind the consoles, looking upon Vior'la and Deru, smiling on the determination of many Firewarriors to stay in shape. Unlike the Captain's people who were all 'chilling around' in the hangar...
In the simulator Coldwind smiled as the warboss charged and then belowed an order "focus fire on the boss team one and two" as he spoke two teams fired on the he looked at the third team "take out the bikers" and with that he ducked under the boss abd his claw then brought his rifle up beneath his kneck and fired
