Biotech knowledge would work. You would normally look like yourself though technomancers can look dfferently if they deck in ( you can totally mix mash classes) . So biotech skills , matrix knowledge would work with that. Well, I think I can help there with some suggestions of mine. Given that we're mid-tier, a good deck would be a Renraku Kraftwerk-1 considering that only dirt-tier runners would use a Sony CTY-360, and I doubt the GM would let you have a Fairlight Excalibur just yet. Also: Decks require a bit of cyberware called a Datajack to use properly(AKA have your head cut open and then sticking a data port inside). Contacts: There's no official list, but plenty of options I can think of, e.g. a back-alley doc who can help patch people up if seriously injured. And it would seem that Zeth's already taken care of what gear you can get.
I might suggest either someone getting a driver contact or you might be taking public transportation at this rate but yea .
