Bump, seriously no response? Given that everyone gets killed behind cover even with low pings?

Dude my ping swings between 35 and 70 and my fps never dips below 35 and I still get warp, get shot behind walls, get run over behind barriers and apparently if you wiggle side to side the barest fraction of an inch the server goes all stupid and forgets where you are. What depresses me the most is BECAUSE I have a stable and fast connection and a top grade rig that the server ALWAYS knows where I'm at and the guys playing from BFE with a 400 ping and using a toaster have a steady target to shoot at.
