OOC:Yeah...Xaphen is generally AFK...*shrugs* I dont mind waiting....no wait...i do!Dont stop the RP! Cadras nodded to the Legionnaire of the former XV Legion. "Yes...great misfortune has fallen upon us last night.I was stopping the blaze that spread from the southern crop fields. We managed to save a lot...but i do not think it will be enough."spoke Cadras as he wiped brontos. They slowly moved forward. "We better get moving...our destination is the delta of five rivers further up west,if we move now,we can reach it in two days,if the fates are kind.It may seem like a trap...it may seem like someone or something is baiting us away from our settlements, away from helping our people...but i must admit...i am beyond my head here.I cannot stop this...at least not alone...and the letter is the only clue for now."
"Alright then lets get this Caravan started I Will be a to use my Vox to Contact Karr since we will be on the move." He said as he began moving with the others as the Caravan started. He put a hand on his helmet as he contacted Karr. "Karr we are starting the caravan and heading to our first point we will meet you there." Marcelus said as they began as they wen't he kept his sword at his side and kept his eye out for anything strange. He could see excitement in Roberta's face and curiosity in Rollins. He hoped they would survive this trip to the next town.
OOC: Guys just assume that Karr wants his peace as you travel along. He has his own traditions how to travel and just wants his peace. As the caravan moved on, they could see the ocean in distance quite disturbed. Isolated Thunderstorms and rain along with strong gusts. What was rather concerning was that they could spectate with their very own eyes how a hurricane was building up... Winds started to move at such a speed that it became visible. Taking water into it's flow and becoming something like a flying water wall. The outer reach of it striking the caravan with winds of 10 to 15 miles per hour, and this was just the beginning. Question here was... Would the hurricane grow more intense and move to them? Or would it dissolve at the rock formation it still had to move through.
"By all that is..."trailed off Cadras as he watched the disturbed ocean in the distance.Something like a...hill...of water formed. It was more of a wall... He was sure he knew how this thing was called... "Dominus,Karr...i dont know what that thing is...but its better that we take shelter before the storm comes to us..."spoke Cadras as he drew the map from his waist, his beady eyes scrutinizing every detail on it. "Mountains are north-east from here. There is time until the meeting date ends.Let us take a detour and rest until this...calamity ends."spoke Cadras over his vox,as he stopped his wagon, brontos rumbling as they stood their ground.
"I agree with Cadras if we are in the storm things could get quite Dicy." he said as the rain pelted his armor and his robes. Leaving distinct sounds from within the armor. "Come Brothers and sisters we must head to the mountains as Cadras said to take be covered from the storm." Marcelus as he began leading the others towards the mountains with his apprentices right on his heels. His helmet helped him see through the weather but it would only do so much about the weather. OOC sorry for the short post have to head to school
Marcelus kept up with the others staying in the back watching the others and making sure everyone made it he was behind his Wagon and on foot as the others wen't he kept up. As his robes got soaked and his armor wet it seem to clean some of the grime and ash from the armor causing the old red colors to appear of his legion. He breathed a somewhat sigh as he soon came upon the mountain's with the others and soon spotting a cave that they could use he activated his vox and put a way point on his helmet. "I think I see a cave we can use for shelter while the storm rages on Cadras I am going to attempt to pinpoint it with my old helm." he said as he pressed a few buttons on his helmet.
There indeed was a cave in the distance, yet visible. And depending on the depth it had, one could assume that the entire caravan could fit in there. The question was rather if it would be reached in time, given the Hurricane in the distance continued to build up Momentum. "It is our best chance, Milord!" One of Marcelus servants yelled, agreeing to his plan with the caves and started to lead his wagon the way of it. Certainly they assumed their masters could survive it, but their humble servants? No chance a mere human could survive such extreme storm!
